A Message From the President I am truly honored to be serving as your new President in 2010 for the Milwaukee CMSA Chapter. My hope is to provide each of you with the tools to continue your zealous and caring endeavors as case managers. My goal is to help each of you in any way that I can! The 2010 Board has updated the Chapter goals and these have been placed on our newly renovated Milwaukee CMSA website. These goals align with the National CMSA organization goals for this year. We had an exciting and informative conference last year at the Country Springs Hotel. The 2010 Conference in September is already in the planning stages. The Milwaukee CMSA Chapter it working hard to make this as enlightening and fun as it was last year. The theme is “Case Management WORx. More details are available on our website. I invite you to visit the CMSA website and choose the “Meeting Schedule” link where you will find more information on upcoming meetings as well as the Conference. This proves to be a challenging year where health care is concerned – Health Care Reform in the US and catastrophic events in the world. This will affect each of us in how we receive our own healthcare and how it is delivered where we work. You as a case manager are a valuable resource for your families and the community, as well as to the world we all share. Your talents are very much appreciated!
