Linda Smedema Memorial Scholarship

CMSA-Milwaukee Chapter is actively engaged in promoting educational opportunities for its members, through financial reward for educational endeavors, to include but not limited to participation in local, regional and national workshops/conferences, self-study courses, graduate school, review courses, membership dues, and the certification exam.

Eligibility
The CMSA-Milwaukee Chapter does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin or handicap in application for, or awarding of, the educational scholarship. Eligibility criteria are as follows:

• CMSA membership in good standing for a minimum of one year
• Attendance at chapter meetings
• Service to the Chapter
• Submit completed required application material by the deadline
• Participation on the Scholarship Committee does not preclude the committee member from applying; however the committee member must recluse themselves from any discussion regarding the award during that period
• Eligible once every three years
